ArtsIceland (Iceland)

ArtsIceland works with artists and producers to commission exceptional projects in a range of different sites and situations using various forms of media. ArtsIceland is based in Ísafjörður but working across Iceland and beyond. ArtsIceland encourages and facilitates an open-ended approach to the artistic process by seeking opportunities to help artists create works which have significant cultural impact.

Horse and Art Research Program (Hungary)
Horse and Art Research Program

The Horse and Art Research initiative is a unique residency program for those interested in combining equine knowledge and visual arts. We are looking for artists and artist researchers, who are interested in horses and the place of the horse in art, however we also welcome riders, who are not artists but are open for it. The short (1 or 2 week duration) intensive summer courses include theory, lectures, talks and discussions, daily practice and lessons of horsemanship, horsearchery and riding, as well as there is an opportunity to make studio based work.

The Ark Project is an independent artist-run studio and exhibition space realized in 2015 with a focus on creation, presentation, and documentation of contemporary art in all forms that engage discovery, transformation and innovation. The program mission is to promote intercultural dialogue and artist mobility.

Gate 44 (Italy)

Located in the historical center of Milan, five minutes from “The Last Supper” and ten from the Duomo , our residency program is an excellent way to experience the dynamic and vibrant life of this historical yet modern city while fully immersing in a body of work. We look forward at collaborating with artists who wish to work in woodcut, various etching techniques, photoetching, digital printing and to experiment with their possible combinations.

Madstun (Norway)

Madstun is a company that organizes and facilitates art production and development, mainly at the site Madstun i Søndre Land county , Norway. In addition to the residency program we have a series of art productions , music/sound recording session and seminars. Surrounded by wild nature and stunning views, our site is ideal for group work, like music preproduction or recordings, art collectives, film work, editing, and more.


CASAPLAN is a new space for culture in Valparaiso, whose main focus is on the production of work through workshops, residencies and exhibition of contemporary works, after two years of recovery and architectural restoration, rescuing the spatiality of the building from 1916 declared building of historic preservation. It opened to the public a month ago, as a meeting place for the local community through an art gallery, engraving workshop, residence for artists, cafe and shop.

Ratamo Printmaking and Photography Centre includes Galleria Ratamo along with both printmaking and photography studios, and is geared for those interested in creating, experimenting and learning printmaking and photographic techniques. Galleria Ratamo presents primarily printmaking and photography exhibitions. The Ratamo centre is designed for both professionals and amateurs.
