Exhibition space in Finland

There is exhibition space in Haihatus, Finland open to apply for, now!

The exhibition space is in the Haihatus house and it´s yard. The house is a former mental hospital department of Joutsa municipal home since 1950. It has been in contemporary art exhibition use by Art Center Haihatus since 2002.

There is 200m2/12 rooms with white walls, excluding one all black room for media art etc. In addition, there is 200m2 rougher unheated space in the attic.

Outdoors there are approximately 1,5 hectare yard, garden and field where tehere are various kind of outbuildings situated; Commentator tower, Word storage, Yellow container and Bowl -a fiberglass tank.

The exhibition period is one calendar month including the construction and dismantling time.

The fee is 2000€/whole space, 1080€/ blue half and 920€/ red half of the house. Use of the attic; 200m2/whole space or 100m2/blue and red halfs is included.

The fee includes exhibition surveillance tue - sun 12 - 5 pm, marketing and press releases. Insurance, transport, construction, dismantling, opening refreshments, printed material and mailing are not included. Haihatus does not charge sales comission.
