Our residency centre provides

- a loft with a large floor space sometimes used by musicians and dancers, and views to east and west
- a writing studio
- garden-facing rooms
- a library of 2,000+ books
- art collection
- live-in house manager
- free landline phone calls within NZ
- weekly cleaning service

We invite applications from creative practitioners and researchers to undertake self-funded and self-catering residencies.

We focus on supporting creative practitioners as they undertake their projects.

We also seek to create connections between artists and the nearby communities through Open Studio Days, readings, radio talks, exhibitions, school visits, workshops, and more.

Our minimum residency period is one week and maximum is 3 months.
