Brief description of residency program

The Holes in Wall Collective Creative Residency Program is designed to span across many mediums and designations of creativity. We strive to expand the notion of creativity in addition to holding space for more defined forms of artistic practice.

Expanding our residency to those working in science, policy, economics, mathematics, education, research, activism, pedagogy, technology in addition to the more known forms of creative practice in the visual arts, writing, performance & music. We invite people across disciplines to engage with their practice and share collective space.

The Holes in the Wall Collective Cabin rests on 29 acres of woods, fields and one-acre pond on the Art in the Fields property. The all-wooden cabin has four bedrooms each with private work space, large fireplace, communal kitchen and spacious living room. The grounds have ample space for walking and reflecting, with over 15 acres of woods, a converted barn for performance and studio space, and spacious pool for the hot summer months.

All residencies includes a private room with work space, use of communal kitchen and living room, access to large working barn, one-acre pond and pool. Holes in the Wall Collective provides oils, spices, condiments, fine coffee & assorted teas for all residents and sells assorted produce from our garden throughout the year.
