Res Artis participates in panel session on Networks, Artists in Residencies and Cultural Exchanges

Res Artis' Executive Director, Eliza Roberts, will be speaking at the panel session "Networks, Artists in Residency and Cultural Exchanges" which forms part of the ACMlab series and is organised by Arts Council Malta, in collaboration with Spazju Kreattiv, Fresh Arts Coalition Europe and the European Culture Networks.

This session specifically targets artists interested in getting to know more about artist residencies and cultural exchanges happening locally and internationally. It should also be of interest to artists who are looking to export their work to international platforms. 

This session will be held on Thursday 2nd February 2017 at 6.30pm, at St. James Cavalier, Valletta and will be addressed by the following international speakers:

  • Marie Le Sourd from On the Move. Cultural Mobility Information Network;
  • Eliza Roberts from Res Artis. Worldwide Network of Artist Residencies;
  • Laura Hensser from Triangle Network. International network of artists and arts organisations that promotes exchange of ideas and innovation within contemporary visual art;
  • Nan Van Houte from IETM. Organisation stimulating the quality, development and contexts of contemporary performing arts in a global environment;
  • Ann Laenen from Valletta 2018 Foundation, Europe Grand Central by the Roberto Cimetta Fund;
  • Justin Galea from Fondazzjoni Kreattività and the Artist-in-Residence (AiR) programme in Gozo.
