Brief description of residency program

Curatoría Forense has developed an itinerant Contemporary Art Residence´s Program, which takes part in different Latin American locations.

These residences are focused to explore and debate problematics regarding social, cultural and artistic issues in each particular context. Therefore, their main objective is to establish what we called "affective and effective" relationships between the participants and the local people involved during -and after- the period of residence.

In other words, the program seeks to create a collaborative work system. This is the reason that each edition has between 15 to 20 participants, who live for 12 days in a same space and participate in various activities planned for their stay.
